Improved Safety

SMOOTH System allows the Ultrascreen Roller Screen Door to close gently. Therefore, the technical advantage is to offer manually controlled recoil for concerned users – especially with small children.

Multi-Positioning

With the Ultrascreen SMOOTH System there is little tension in the system because it is balanced. It is possible to leave the Sliding Bar in any intermediate position. Users can open the screen without having to retract it fully to pass through.

Smoothness

The exclusive Ultrascreen SMOOTH System is designed for door openings and allows ease of movement when holding the Sliding Bar at any position. The SMOOTH system also allows Multi-Positioning without the screen automatically returning to the cassette. The only pulling force needed is sufficient to overcome friction in the system, because the tension in the spring is balanced by the weight opposite. The cord operated pulling action at the top and bottom of the Sliding Bar eliminates bending or twisting found in some "spring - only" roller systems and SMOOTH action is achieved.

Children, as young as six years are known to operate the SMOOTH system.

Wider Single Doors Screens

Thanks to the SMOOTH System - an improved roll-up performance allows the installation of wider Single Door Screens. The tension is even from top to bottom and the user does not need to retract the screen fully into the cassette. The tension of the mesh is equal all over its surface and telescoping is eliminated.

Reduced Noise

The Ultrascreen SMOOTH performance means noisy recoil is a thing of the past. The unique balance of the SMOOTH system allows quiet and gentle movement of the Sliding Bar in the guides. No more worries of frightening the children with the noise made by harsh recoil.
